A £200 deposit is required at time of booking with balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A £200 refundable breakage & key deposit is payable with balance. This is refunded within 2 weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Cancellations 2-4 weeks incur 25% charge. Less than 2 weeks incur 100% charge.
